• Application methods:
• Put the liquid metal thermal pad at the center of CPU
• Paste thermal grease around the liquid metal thermal pad to prevent leakage of liquid metals
• Use a scraper to paste the thermal grease and ensure uniform thickness of 0.5 to 1mm
• Install CPU onto heat radiator.
